We also believe procuring food should be overseen by a chef so our Director of Food, Jeremy Ford, is very much in charge and makes sure we source in a way that fits with our principles and that we work with people who continually help us to evolve.

We work continually to source the best possible ingredients; focusing on local produce whenever possible.

The London Larder, which we will draw upon for the RHS contract, brings together our London-based suppliers for a bespoke G&G offer; think high end British charcuterie from Cobble Lane, or the finest tapenade from Belazu; our Larder delivers exceptional quality food with a story.

The suppliers are all London based, mostly in world-renowned Borough Market. All embrace our ethos of connecting customers to brilliant, on trend food and drink. Many of the suppliers we’ll use themselves producers; the farmer from the ‘Ginger Pig’ or the baker from ‘Bread Ahead’ – to cite just two examples.

We are excited to be using our own Camino blend coffee. Camino is an exclusive, 100% Arabica, single origin coffee from Peru, sourced direct from smallholder farmers and roasted in small batches in London by leading artisan roaster Union Hand- Roasted Coffee.

Working together with Union Hand-Roasted Coffee and our farmer partners in Peru, we have launched a project to help farmers improve the quality of coffee by investing in training and infrastructure for coffee processing. More than just paying a fair price for our coffee, we are looking to create sustainable, long term change at origin. We will share updates of our project throughout the year.

We also know it needs to be sourced in a responsible, ethical and sustainable way, backed up by the right levels of due diligence and at the right price.

This means we work with a range of regional and national suppliers, both big and small, across the UK and Ireland to get this right.

All bakery will be procured from bakers local to each show, we will not use any frozen bakery items.
